MOBILITY MANUAL

This programme has been developed to help improve the 6 main flexibility elements in gymnastics:

  • Pike Fold
  • Straddle Fold
  • Box Splits
  • Right Leg Split
  • Left Leg Splits
  • Bridge

Before you start the programme, please take a picture of each stretch as your starting point and then every 4 weeks take another picture to compare and see how much you have improved.
