Getting Body Bible has changed my view of fitness

I’m Lauren, I’m from Texas and this is my journey so far. So my fitness and health journey began at the beginning of the year. I had a really large goal and still do. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. And it was slow going at first. Nothing I did at the gym was really enough to make me feel like I was working out. I didn’t feel like I was getting stronger. Then Nile offered the 4 week shred when COVID started and I couldn’t turn it down. I was nervous but the thing I appreciated the most was the scaled workouts. I could do the level 1 workouts and still feel like I was working out. I gained muscle and felt stronger. And the nutrition advice really helped me control my portion sizes. I dropped two dress sizes doing the four week shred (well I am going on a lot longer than four weeks now but it’s still working for me so I’m not stopping). I also lost 10 pounds in the first four weeks. Continuing my journey with eating better, doing the four week shred workout routine, and now I’m running every day I have lost nearly 40 pounds. I don’t get out of breath when I do tasks any more, my body feels healthy, and I feel healthy. I can’t wait to continue on my journey and loose my full goal of 110 pounds. For reference I started at 260 pounds, and am now at 223 pounds. Getting Body Bible has changed my view of fitness and I am so grateful that Nile created that opportunity to really kick my health journey off. I hope that by next year I can say that with the help of Body Bible I reached my weight goal of 150 pounds. Thank you Nile and your team, this would not have been possible without you.
