“I started 4 week shred in hope to gain a different fitness to running and build some mobility and flexibility also. Since doing the 4 week shred along with the morning mobility and the core challenge I have drop a dress size, lost weight and also lost some of the issues around my stomach area. For me personally by doing this program I feel healthier and it as also helped me knock 2 mins per mile off my running times. This program is easy to fit in around other commitments. I couldn’t recommend Body bible highly enough to people. I have done gym work and not had the results I have had with this. “
